The Queer Azadi Rally
This celebration-cum-protest is organised by the Queer Azadi Movement, a collective of over 13 LGBT rights organisations in the city. The programme includes speeches by some prominent members of the community, such as Anand Grover from Lawyers Collective, Lakshmi Narayan Tripathi and Manvendra Singh Gohil. It will be followed by song and dance.

Gay Bombay Party
Organised by the premier gay-parties group in the city, this anniversary-special will have a cover charge of Rs 200. Highlights include an in-house DJ and dance floor, light snacks and coupons for one drink a person. Extra drinks will be sold at Rs 50 to 100, and food will be at menu rates. The party is open to anyone above the age of 21, and guests will have to carry identity proof or an alcohol drinks permit with them.
