From door-to-door appeals, to helping voters get information to assisting senior citizens and handicapped people get to booths in cars.
Their central booth at Khar Library saw six volunteers with mobiles, doubling as helplines.
“We are doing this for many years. This time, there are many cases where people have shifted to new buildings and found their names with old addresses,” said Daphne Warrapen of H-West Citizens’ Trust.
