The charge sheet names 12 people, 10 of whom have been arrested, while two, including fugitive gangster Chhota Rajan, who allegedly ordered the hit, have been listed as absconding.

Crime reporter Jigna Vora, arrested on November 25 for allegedly passing on information about Dey that helped execute the murder, has not been mentioned.
Investigators say a supplementary charge sheet naming her will be filed later.

The charge sheet is based on statements by 176 witnesses, and includes the confessions of three of the accused.

The charges have been made under various provisions of the stringent MCOCA and other criminal acts.
