"I know the law is there to ensure justice, but still I believe Kasab should be hanged," Khali told a press conference while announcing the Mumbai Peace Run organised by over 50 city-based NGOs.
"Kasab is responsible for the murder of my brothers and sisters in Mumbai...If I would be given a chance to handle him in my own way, I would kill him or hang him on the spot," Khali said.
The Peace Run, to be held on Sunday, has been organised ahead of the first year anniversary of the 26/11 attack.
Over 160 persons were killed and several others injured were injured on November 26 last year when a group of 10 Pakistani terrorists attacked Hotel Taj and Trident, Nariman House, Cafe Leopold and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus.
Security forces in the two-day siege killed nine of the terrorists.
