Mega block on CR today
The Central Railway (CR) is carrying out a block on both main and harbour lines from 11am to 4pm on Sunday to carry out routine maintenance work of tracks, signalling and overhead equipment.
The Central Railway (CR) is carrying out a block on both main and harbour lines from 11am to 4pm on Sunday to carry out routine maintenance work of tracks, signalling and overhead equipment.
On the main line, the block will be enforced between Matunga and Mulund on fast lines going towards Mulund. From 10.28am to 3.25pm all trains leaving CST will be diverted to the slow line between the above stations.
The block will be imposed in both directions on the harbour line and services between CST and Panvel will remain suspended from 10.20am to 3.39pm. Western Railway's block will cause less inconvenience since it will take place from 11.55pm on Saturday to 3.55am on Sunday.
The WR is implementing the block from Mahim Junction to Mumbai Central on the fast corridor going towards Mumbai Central.
