VADODARA: The Mumbai-bound Duronto Express was held up for nearly an hour at the Vadodara junction railway station on Sunday after commuters alleged that the coaches were unclean and that they were not provided with morning snacks by the staff. When the train arrived at the station from Delhi around 11am, passengers got down and lodged a complaint with the railway authorities. A few accused the on-board staff of being impolite and indifferent to their pleas.
