"There is absolutely no material against Tak and all Crime Branch claims are concocted," said Tak's lawyer Abdul Wahab Khan.

Tak allegedly killed Laila Khan and her family members for monetary gains, after they refused to share their earnings with him, the chargesheet filed on October 3, last year said.

"In 2010, Laila's sisters - Azmina, Zara and Reshma - had gone to work in Dubai with one Sheikh who was known to Tak", the chargesheet said.

"When they returned, they refused to share their earnings and Tak had grudge against them and he conspired to kill them to usurp their property", the chargesheet said.

Tak is accused of killing Laila (30), her mother Selina (51), her elder sister Azmina (32), twin siblings Zara and Imran (25) as well as cousin Reshma, after the family went missing from Mumbai in February 2011.
