“We have questioned a few employees of the firm who were aware about the schedule. We are also in the process of making the sketches of the two accused, based on the description given by the victims,” said an officer from Oshiwara police, requesting anonymity.

The incident took place around 2pm on Tuesday in the Millat Nagar area of Jogeshwari when the victims, identified as Avinash Talekar and Deepak Krishnaji, were on their way to a bank to deposit the money they had collected from service establishments.

Talekar was riding the bike and Krishnaji was riding pillion and carrying the cash-filled bag, when a bike blocked their path. As Talekar halted the bike, a second biker came from right, and held a knife to Krishnaji's neck. The robber snatched the bag and fled from the spot. A case of robbery was registered against the two unidentified accused.
