Pawar to preside over two-day NCP meeting

A two-day meeting of selected office-bearers and leaders of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) from all over the country has been convened at Lonavala near Mumbai on March 13-14.

A two-day meeting of selected office-bearers and leaders of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) from all over the country has been convened at Lonavala near Mumbai on March 13-14.

Union Agriculture Minister and party president Sharad Pawar will inaugurate the two-day deliberations, NCP Maharashtra unit spokesman Madan Bafna said in Mumbai on Tuesday.

The meeting is being held at Karla in Lonavala, he said.

Union Ministers, MPs, MLAs and members of the central working committee will participate, he said adding the total number of delegates would be about 250-300.
