Without taking Raj’s name, Uddhav said that those present at the function should have reacted to such a statement. The singer had said, “Mumbai belongs to all of India”, at a public function in Pune on Sunday, where the MNS president was one of the guests.

Raj had not reacted to the statement while MNS spokesperson Shirish Parkar refused to comment.

“I have nothing to say. Those at the function should have reacted then and there,” Uddhav told reporters after a function to commemorate Shiv Jayanti.

The party celebrated Shiv Jayanti across the state with various shakhas organising functions and pujas. A Sena unit of the railways had organised a huge function at CST, inconveniencing commuters.
