The club named 'Royalty' in accordance with her IPL team Rajasthan Royals, is almost complete and will open its door for guests pretty soon.
"Ok guys this is the news! Our newest venture is "ROYALTY" (sic) the newest club in town, nearly ready, have been busy with that, soooo happy nearly done," she wrote on her Twitter page.
The actress broke the news on the micro-blogging site on Friday and announced that she will hold the first party in the club with the cricketers from her team after the IPL match on Saturday.
"You heard it here first as promised. Having our first party here after the Rajasthan Royals match, hope we win... more reason to celebrate!," she wrote.
The 34-year-old actress is the co-owner of the Rajasthan Royals team along with Kundra, whom she married in November last year.
Shilpa's other business ventures include her own brand of healthy curries and poppadoms in Britain and a spa chain called Iosis.
