Dr Sarita Patil, health officer, KDMC, said: “We have undertaken a drive to check the records and registration of sonography centres in Kalyan-Dombivli.

We found that the five hospitals — Kalyan Test Tube Baby Centre, Apex Hospital, Shivam Hospital, Dombivli, Harne Hospital and Prasad Sonography Centre — failed to maintain the records and renew the registrations.”
