The Chembur police has made the sketch of the suspect in the murder of a 35-year-old woman found dead at a lodge in Chembur on Sunday.

The Chembur police has made the sketch of the suspect in the murder of a 35-year-old woman found dead at a lodge in Chembur on Sunday. The employees of Bharat lodge who were present when the deceased Noorjahan Shaikh, 35, checked in along with an unidentified man on Saturday night, are helping the police with the same.

Police sub inspector N Ghughe from Chembur said, “The victim was strangulated by a saree that was found wrapped around her neck. The staff at the lodge did not notice when the person accompanying the deceased left. He is the prime suspect.” HTC
