"I was in the dressing room in Cuttack during our match against England when we saw it. At first I felt they were showing a movie. Things like this happening in India... in our own Mumbai.... I went numb for sometime," Tendulkar said.

"Places like the Taj, Oberoi, CST where there are always so many people being attacked. I remember going there (to CST) by train as a child. All these places are very part of myself. When these places are attacked, you are hit personally," he said.

Asked how he felt about the incident now, Tendulkar said," I know many people who lost their near and dear ones in the terror attacks, including my children's friends. It is hard to believe that they are not among us."
