Rapper Eminem is taking legal action against German carmaker Audi, for allegedly using his Oscar-winning song Lose Yourself in their new commercial.

Rapper Eminem is taking legal action against German carmaker Audi, for allegedly using his Oscar-winning song
Lose Yourself
in their new commercial. Apparently the ad is also a take off on a Chrysler ad that features the same music. “Audi not only used the song to sell their product without permission, but their spot feels inspired by Chrysler’s commercial campaign,”

quoted Joel Martin, Eminem’s publisher, as saying.
