SRINAGAR: Two militants were killed in an encounter with security forces in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday, police said. In a statement issued to the media, the army said a joint operation was launched with the police in Malwar village near Zudur area of Pulwama based on specific intelligence inputs. Police said that one of the militants was identified as Manzoor Ahmad, a Kashmiri man, and the other, a foreigner, who was identified by his code name, Abu Aayan.
