Lalu meets Kailash Pati Mishra

RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Thursday described as "courtesy call" his meeting with senior BJP leader and former Gujarat Governor Kailashpati Mishra at the latter's residence in Patna.
"It was just a courtesy call to the senior leader of Bihar," Prasad told reporters in Patna.
"I went to him enquire about his health and no no political significance is attached to it," he said, adding Mishra had a good contribution to Bihar.
Much political significance is attached to Prasad's meeting with Mishra at his residence here yesterday with a section of political leaders treating it as an exercise by the RJD leader to influence people belonging to upper caste community keeping in mind the 2010 assembly polls in Bihar.
