Top BJP leaders at swearing-in

The swearing-in was conducted amid unprecedented security as it coincided with the second anniversary of the 26/11 attacks.
Nitish was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Konwar for the third term. Kumar inducted senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi as his deputy and 29 other members to his council of ministers. Of the 29, 18 are from the JD(U) and 11 from the BJP.
Top BJP leaders including party chief Nitin Gadkari, LK Advani, Arun Jaitley, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Ananth Kumar, Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Shahnawaz Hussain were present at the event.
From the JD(U), party chief Sharad Yadav was present, along with former CM Jagannath Mishra and MPs from Bihar.
None of the leaders from the opposition parties was present at the swearing-in.
