Ananya Panday's home is designed by none other than Gauri Khan, interior designer and close friend of Ananya's mother, Bhavana Pandey. “Having Gauri Khan design my house was very special. She's like family to me. I've grown up around her and she just got it. She just understood,” Ananya told Architectural Digest India.

The dining area is Ananya Panday's favourite spot to host family and friends. Big windows, wall mirrors and indoor plants create a sense of airiness in the space and is in line with the actor's affinity for a minimal aesthetic with few standout pieces – the circular light fixture hanging above the dining table, for instance.

The rest of Ananya Panday's home also features shades of beige, greys, and whites. The TV room features a large window as well as a panelled wall mirror. The monochrome palette soaks up the sun from large windows making the space feel expansive and bright.

From the moment you step into the home – featuring a big pink door at the entrance – you are welcomed with a calming pink and beige colour palette and plants of different sizes. A corridor featuring pale pink walls, opening out to the dining and living areas, sets the tone for the rest of Ananya Panday's breezy Mumbai home.

Ananya Panday opened up about having her own home in Mumbai, as she told the portal, “I think it has become a symbol and metaphor for me actually growing up and taking responsibility." She added, "I wanted people to walk in and be like, we imagined your house to be exactly like this; an extension of my personality."
