Chef Heston Blumenthal was in conversation with international celebrity chef Sarah Todd at the 17th edition of Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2019. They spoke about veganism, use of creativity in the food and beverage industry, and how people should cook food with love and gratitude. On veganism Blumenthal said, "Less choice forces creativity." The theme for this year’s thought conclave is “Conversations for a better tomorrow” and will see political leaders, corporate heads and torchbearers from various fields ideate and debate the issue.
