Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Friday termed the alleged rapes committed at a government-funded girls’ shelter in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur a “matter of shame”. Over 30 girls were allegedly raped and tortured at the shelter home in Muzaffarpur district.
