One of the problems that accompany a common cold is stuffy nose. Not only it causes extreme discomfort but also a problem with breathing at times. Salt-water rinsing can help relieve nasal congestion. Mixing 1/4 tsp salt with the same amount of baking soda in a cup of warm water can help. You can use a bulb syringe to put water into the nose. Keep one nostril closed with the help of your finger while treating the other nostril. Repeat the process with other nostril. (Unsplash)expand-iconView Photos in a new improved layout
