The winter is here, and while this is the season to relish on lip-smacking dishes, we also need to be careful to keep ourselves fit so that we do not fall sick by the sudden drop in the temperature. Addressing this, Nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee wrote, “During winter as the temperature decreases, our metabolism slows down to conserve energy and keep our body warmth intact.
