However, news emerged in the early hours of Wednesday that Vinesh had missed her weight by 100gm. She and her team had gone to extreme measures to make sure that she loses the 2kg of extra weight that she had at the end of the first day, including cutting her hair and drawing out some of her blood. She was admitted to a hospital after fainting due to dehydration after failing to make weight.
