Man found dead at a ground in Katraj

A case has been filed at the Bharti Vidyapeeth police station.

An unidentified dead body was found on an open ground near Katraj on Thursday morning, according to the city police. The area falls under the Bharti Vidyapeeth police station’s jurisdiction. The identity of the man has not been ascertained, said the police.

The case is being looked into by senior police inspector Vijaysingh Gaikwad. The police estimate that the deceased man’s age to be in between 25-30 years. The body was found wearing denim and read chequered red shirt. The face of the deceased was reportedly dismantled.
