Superstar raider Pradeep Narwal turned out to be too hot to handle as he single-handedly put Patna Pirates into Qualifier 2 with 42-32 win over Puneri Paltan in Mumbai on Tuesday.
Paltan who never managed to get into finals in the last four season had a good chance to move ahead a 27-18 lead with 10 minutes to go for the final whistle.
However, Narwal’s super raid which claimed four defenders turned the tables. Then there was no turning back for Pirates as they went on to win the match with a convincing score.
