20% rebate on “One time settlement Scheme” and “Pillar Box System”

The consumers having opted for both "One time settlement Scheme" and "Pillar box system" will get a rebate of 20% on the bills paid regularly for last one year, said VK Chaudhary, director, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam at Mithri village in Sirsa district on Wednesday.

He was inaugurating the "Pillar Box System" of power distribution at the 11 KV feeders covering four villages.

Chaudhary added that as round the clock power supply is being given in villages with pillar box system of electricity distribution and the system is safe and reliable, it is getting popular among villagers. Nine villages in the district - Desu Jodha, Jogiwala, Phullan, Abuana, Panihara Morika, Misri, Tappi, Tingre and Malikpura have been declared as zero power cut villages
