AAP appeals govt to ensure buildings get NOCs

The state government's department of housing and urban development issued a gazetted notification on October 28 about the rates of residential and commercial buildings to get NOCs.

However, people wanting NOCs for commercial properties are being put off by the officials in the concerned departments.

This was stated by Aam Aadmi Party, Ludhiana District Convenor Ahbaab Grewal. Some persons had approached and they applied for a 25-yard commercial property on Daba Lohara Road in Lohara village but the officers cocnerned did not give any reply.

The party appealed to the state government to provide relief to public and not harass them any further. At least the state government should implement its own decisions, stated party members.
