It's a point where two countries and cultures meet, and also the place where art combines with taste.

Haider Ali, artist who paints trucks and did it here last August to promote peace, is back at Sarhad food court near the Attari border. His unique talent is recognised the world over, and on Saturday, his mission behind return was also appreciated.

"I chose to paint at Sarhad because it promotes the cultures of both India and Pakistan through cuisine and I do the same by painting trucks" said Ali. "The objective is common: to arouse the feelings of unity and brotherhood through art," he added.

Ali has showcased his work in different countries. The young owner of Sarhad, Jaspal Aman, was happy to host the artist and applauded his great mission of peace. He said he would continue to host similar events.
