Union minister for road transport and highways Nitin Gadkari will lay the foundation stone of four-lane Hisar-Dabwali road, a stretch of NH-10 project, on July 20 in Dabwali. This was stated by Haryana chief minister's political adviser Jagdish Chopra said on Wednesday.

He said the scheduled Sirsa visit of chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on July 19 had been advanced to July 20. The CM would be accompanied with Gadkari, Chopra added.
The project is estimated to be constructed at a cost of Rs 1,591 crore and is expected to be completed within two and half years. The CM is likely to announce a new women's college for the city.
