Indigo to start direct daily Amritsar- Bengaluru flight from October 3

Indigo is also planning to start flight from Amritsar to Srinagar.

The flight number (6E-477) will take off from Bengaluru at 10am and will land at the Amritsar airport at 12.55pm. It will leave the holy city at 4.30pm and land in Bengaluru at 7.25pm.

Indigo, a low-cost airline, will start a direct Amritsar- Bengaluru flight from October 3. The flight will operate daily from Sree Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport in Amritsar to Bengaluru International Airport.

This will provide a much-needed relief to residents of Majha and Malwa, especially youngsters, who earlier had to go to Delhi to take a flight to the IT city.

The flight number (6E-477) will take off from Bengaluru at 10am and will land at the Amritsar airport at 12.55pm. It will leave the holy city at 4.30pm and land in Bengaluru at 7.25pm.

The one way fare of the flight will be between Rs 4,500 and Rs 5,000.

Indigo is also planning to start flight from Amritsar to Srinagar. Currently, 18 domestic and 10 international flights operate from the Amritsar airport daily. Of the 18 domestic flights, 14 are to Delhi, three to Mumbai and one to Jammu.
