Adopting a combative tone during the campaign, the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Sunday targeted Congress candidate Preneet Kaur by branding her a 'non-performer'.

Leading the tirade, youth Akali Dal treasurer MP Prem Singh Chandumajra and Harpal Juneja, son of Akali Dal candidate Bhagwan Dass Juneja, urged the residents to identify the 'best candidate' on the basis of performance and cast their vote for the candidate who had contributed to the development of the city.
