Khanna factory fire: One more worker succumbs to injuries

One more worker, who was injured in Khanna factory blast on Tuesday night, succumbed to injuries at Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh, taking the toll to seven.

Sub divisional magistrate (SDM) Purshotam Singh Sodhi who has been entrusted with an inquiry into the incident said that another worker identified as Manohar Lal, a native of Uttar Pradesh, died on Wednesday night at the PGIMER.

The condition of others admitted in PGIMER was stated to be critical. Three bodies of victims were recovered from the factory premises while all other deceased have succumbed to injuries later.
