No SHO for Nakodar city even after 17 days

Jalandhar(rural) senior superintendent of police Narinder Bhargav is yet to appoint the Nakodar city station house officer(SHO) after transferring Surinderpal Singh to police lines for dereliction of duty on October 9. Sub inspector Bhakhshish Singh is working as officiating SHO. Officials said the functioning of the force was suffering in the absence of a regular SHO.(68)
