Narnaul: On his birthday, 25-year-old man kills woman; commits suicide

The police found a suicide note from the spot in which Tanwar had written that he was committing suicide and killing his girlfriend as she was threatening him with false rape charges.

A 25-year-old Johnny Tanwar killed himself after murdering his girlfriend on his birthday at a hotel in Narnaul town of Mahendragarh district on Saturday.

The police found a suicide note from the spot in which Tanwar had written that he was committing suicide and killing his girlfriend as she was threatening him with false rape charges.

The police said Tanwar had a relationship with a MA first year student. However, their relationship was turning sour because Tanwar was married and had three kids.

According to police, he called the woman to a hotel room under the pretext of throwing a birthday party and stabbed her to death.

Later, he killed himself by consuming sulphas tablets.

The hotel staff informed the police who reached the spot and broke open the door to find the couple dead.

Ateli police station in-charge Ram Chander said, they have registered a case and further investigations are underway.
