Riot, terrorist victims without pension for 4 months

Resentment prevails among riot and terrorist victims as the Punjab government has failed to release pensions for the past four months. Inquiries revealed that 24 pensioners of Nakodar sub- division receive Rs 5,000 per month but have not received the money yet as the government has not sanctioned the budget for the same.
