Shimla: Punjab youth gets 2-year jail in drug case

Local court at Chamba on Wednesday has sentenced a Punjab youth for two years in a drug case.

Lower division special judge Yogesh Jaswal convicted Gurmeet Singh, 27, of Ludhiana to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years and imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 under section 20 of The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
