Punjab minister for medical education and research Brahm Mohindra said from the last two years, these timings had been changed from 8 am to 4 pm.

“This change was only for the faculty and not for the para-medical staff and hence, there is no useful functioning after 2.30 pm in the departments which required services of para-medical staff. So the timing has been changed to 8 am to 2.30 pm,” the minister said in a statement.
