Two die as ambulance overturns

Two persons, including a woman on way to a hospital for treatment, were killed and six injured when their ambulance overturned on the Moga-Ludhiana road this afternoon.

The ambulance overturned when another vehicle hit it while overtaking, police said adding the accident happened between Jagraon and Mullandpur, some 40km from here.

The woman, who was being rushed to a hospital in Ludhiana, was accompanied by her husband, son and others who were injured.
