Two killed, two hurt in separate road mishaps

Two persons were killed while two others suffered severe injuries in separate road accidents here today. Cases have been registered.

In the first incident, Ranjit Singh of Ghoman village was killed while his two friends were injured when they were hit by an unidentified vehicle while returning home from Mehta Chowk on a motorcycle. Ranjit Singh died on the spot while Sandip Singh and Malkiat Singh have sustained serious injuries.

In another incident Jagir Singh, a resident of Machrawan village died when an unidentified vehicle hit him while he was going to a gurdwara to pay obeisance. Cases have been registered.
