Woman booked for kidnapping brother’s son
A 26-year-old woman has accused her sister-in-law of kidnapping her six-month-old son. In her complaint, Rajwant Kaur, a resident of Beriya Mohalla, told the police that she came over to the house of her sister, Kuldeep Kaur, at Punjab Mata Nagar, as her husband had gone abroad for a while.

A 26-year-old woman has accused her sister-in-law of kidnapping her six-month-old son. In her complaint, Rajwant Kaur, a resident of Beriya Mohalla, told the police that she came over to the house of her sister, Kuldeep Kaur, at Punjab Mata Nagar, as her husband had gone abroad for a while.
She said on Friday she called her husband’s sister, Priya, a resident of Sudhar, to come meet her at Kuldeep’s house. Rajwant alleged that when Priya came to meet her, she fled away with her son, when she was in the kitchen to get her refreshments.
A case under section 365 and of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered.
