Mumbai real estate update: Sohail Khan has sold commercial office space in a building named Arc One on the Link Road in the Andheri West area
Salman Khan's brother Sohail Khan has sold a commercial office space in Mumbai's Andheri West for ₹5.90 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by Laises and Foras.

The commercial office space was sold in the Arc One building on the Link Road and measures 1,559 sq ft, according to the documents.
According to the documents, the commercial office space was sold to Bilkish Associates Private Limited, along with three car parking spaces.
Bilkish is an organisation that provides Debt Resolution, Credit, and Sales services to various banking and financial institutions, according to its website.
The transaction was registered on March 27, 2026, for which stamp duty of ₹35.40 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000 were paid.

Salman Khan's family and real estate transactions
Salman Khan's family has been in the news over the last six months for at least three real estate transactions.
The first includes that of Salman Khan's sister, Arpita Khan Sharma, who sold an apartment in the Khar area of Mumbai for ₹22 crore in October 2025. Arpita Khan Sharma had purchased the apartment in 2017 for ₹18 crore.

The property is located in the Flying Carpet building, built by Satguru Developers. The apartment was 2,500 sq ft, with a 1,600 sq ft terrace. The apartment comes with 9 parking spaces and has been sold to a company named Shivaya Cinewise Private Limited, Hindustan Times Real Estate reported.
In December 2025, Salman Khan’s brother-in-law and Bollywood actor-producer Atul Agnihotri is entered real estate development, with his firm Shivansai Homemaker Infra LLP signing a development agreement to redevelop an old Bandra building in Mumbai, according to property registration documents accessed by Liases Foras.
Agnihotri plans to redevelop the 60-year-old Palimala Co-operative Housing Society Limited building. Documents show that of the 11 members in the three-storey society, five flats are owned by the Agnihotri family and its company, Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd.

In February 2026, Salman Khan's brother Arbaaz Salim Khan purchased an apartment worth ₹2.78 crore in Mumbai's Jogeshwari area, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.
The 1,243 sq ft Rera carpet apartment is located on the 27th floor of the Autograph Residency building on Link Road in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. The apartment was purchased by Arbaaz Khan at a per sq ft price of over ₹22,000, along with two parking spaces, the documents show.
