Dheepan lead pair to come together for new Tamil film

Actors Anthonythasan Jesuthasan and Kalieaswari Srinivasan, who starred in Palme d’Or winning French drama Dheepan, will soon be working together again in a yet-untitled Tamil film.

“This project is set to go on floors soon. I’m really excited to be working with Anthony again. I can’t divulge much information about the film now,” said Kalieaswari on the sidelines 17th Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival.

This film will be directed by Arun Karthik, whose directorial debut Shivapuranam is currently being screened at the fest. The Chennai-based actor is also working on another Tamil project with veteran filmmaker Vasanth Sai.
