The worst is over. Rajinikanth is regaining his strength in Chennai and will report back to work in October.

The actor who wanted to resume the shooting of his flick in a month has postponed the schedule because the doctors have advised him bed-rest for three months.

A source confirms to Mid Day, "The actor had lost half his weight when he came back from Singapore and he is currently recuperating at his farm house. It would take him a while to bounce back. So shooting would only resume mid-October."

Some action sequences have also been changed owing to the ill health of the star. "Some sequences would be obviously digital. But in this film Rajnikanth plays three different roles and thus, he will be required to devote a lot of physical energy. We are trying to see if we can downplay certain action scenes or use body doubles in certain places where we can manage with one," added the source.
