See Rana Daggubati’s pic showing the camaraderie between Bhallaladeva and Baahubali

Rana Daggubati shared a picture on Twitter that has Baahubali’s two heavyweights, Bhallaladeva and Baahubali, sharing a light moment together.

Rana Daggubati and Prabhas played brothers in Baahubali series.

Rana Daggubati isn’t done with his Baahubali avatar. Just recently he congratulated Ranveer Singh when first look of Alauddin Khilji was unveiled saying: “Terrific! Best wishes from the Mahishmati kingdom to you Sultan Alauddin Khilji!”

Now, he has shared a picture from the shooting of Baahubali 2. Seated on a throne (or an elaborate chair perhaps) Rana Daggubati is seen sharing space with Prabhas. What we see is Mahishmati’s potential ‘scions’ -- Bhallaladeva and Amarendra Baahubali -- enjoying what looks like a ‘playful banter’. Recalling how daggers drawn Bhalla and Baahu were in the film, it is delight seeing the two share a laugh.

Sharing the picture, Rana wrote: What fun we had in between all the madness..every day of filming this epic was memorable!! Miss being in the great kingdom of Mahishmati!!

SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is now considered an epoch-making series, giving their collective box office claims. The second part of the franchise went on make as much as Rs 1700 crore. Forbes wrote that the film by the end of its seventh week had totalled Rs 1708 crore. “The SS Rajamouli-helmed epic had grossed 1366 crore rupees ($212 million) in Indian theaters, and an additional 342 crore ($53 million) overseas, for a total of 1,708 crore rupees or $265 million,” it said.

Wikipedia puts the number at Rs 1,725 crore (worldwide gross).

Baahubali is an epic fantasy saga of a fight for power between siblings -- Bhallaladeva and Amarendra Baahubali -- for the kingdom Mahishmati.
