Tamil hit Yaamirukka Bayamey goes in for Kannada remake

Tamil blockbuster Yaamirukka Bayamey, a horror-comedy, is all set to remade in Kannada as Namo Bootha Athma. Actor Iswarya Menon has been roped as the female lead, but the rest of the cast is yet to be finalized.

"Critically acclaimed and box-office hit Yaamirukka Bayamey is all set to rock the Sandalwood (Kannada industry) fans," said a statement.

RS Infotainment, who produced the Tamil version, will also produce the Kannada version.

Actor Iswarya Menon has been roped as the female lead, while the rest of the cast is yet to be finalized.
