Apart from Russel Crowe, many YouTube celebrities and TV presenters also wished the boy on Twitter.

A Twitter user called Christopher (@Hopenlesmyth) tweeted last week asking people if they knew anyone famous who could wish his son Ollie on his birthday.

In a bunch of tweets he said that his son was being bullied by someone who kept telling him that he was worthless, and that “everything Ollie has, he has bigger/better/more often. Ollie is excited for his birthday but keeps being told it won’t be as good as his own”.

Little did he know that Hollywood actor Russel Crowe would wish his son, along with lots of other YouTube celebrities (such as Alfie Deyes and Zoe Sugg).

Christopher and his wife were completely overwhelmed by the response, and his original tweet received over 6,400 replies and was retweeted more than 14,000 times.

Well Ollie, we hope you had a great birthday and here’s wishing you a happy belated birthday!
