Titan, which was given the green light to acquire 100 percent of CSKA's shares last month, officially took up the reins at the club by installing new supervisory and managment boards, the newspaper said.
The Bulgarian group acquired the club from an offshore company linked to Indian businessman Pramod Mittal. CSKA, which has won the Bulgarian championship 31 times and is the current champions, has faced financial troubles recently and did not take part in this season's Champions League after failing to cover its debts and obtain a licence.
The club currently tops the Bulgarian first league table with 50 points from 21 matches, ahead of arch rivals Levski Sofia with 46 points.
