Rumours of Sajid Khan having developed a soft spot for actor Tamannaah have been doing the rounds for a while. The filmmaker, however, rubbishes them, calling her sister.

Sajid has previously worked with her in his 2013 debacle, Himmatwala, and she also stars in his upcoming film. Reports claimed that he was favouring her over the film’s other actors — Bipasha Basu and Esha Gupta.
But when asked,
insists there is no truth to the rumours. "Of course not; she’s like a younger sister to me. These rumours are very funny and baseless,” says Sajid, adding that Tamannaah is his ‘rakhi sister’. She echoed the sentiment, when asked.
"Yes, it’s true. I tied a rakhi to Sajid during the shoot of Himmatwala, and I consider him as my elder brother. He treats me like a younger sister and is quite protective of me," says the 24-year-old actor.
Incidentally, this isn’t the first time Sajid has been linked to the heroines he has cast in his films. In the past, he has made news for dating Jacqueline Fernandes (who starred in his hit film, Housefull 2; 2012), after which he was reported to be spotted around town with actor Esha Gupta (who features in Sajid’s upcoming film, Humshakals).
