India, US to push for global terrorist tag on Masood Azhar’s brother

After being stalled twice by China in its effort to have the United Nations designate Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist, India and the US have decided to push instead for the same tag for his brother and 2016 Pathankot attack mastermind Abdul Rauf Asghar.
